At SmoothSpine, we want you to feel confident and comfortable in every piece; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned apparel must be in its original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all tags still attached.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Prepare the Package

Securely pack your items in their original packaging and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of the box.

Ship It Back

Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup to begin the transit process back to our warehouse.

Receive Your Refund

Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
